The location may be Sun City West, but when we get through with this house you won't be thinking "Grandma's retirement home". Yes, we bought a house in Sun City West. I know - it's hard for me to believe sometimes, too. But when I'm on the back patio, looking out over the golf course views... nope, it's still hard for me to believe. It's a fixer-upper (dump), but with a little TLC (a LOT) it's going to be fabulous! (Did I mention the golf course view?)
